Most products in the watch world come with a 1 year warranty. But Jenkins isn't "most products". We therefore offer a 3 year warranty on all of our displays, and whatever else Jenkins might come out with in the future.
You won’t have to wait long. As soon as you order a Jenkins Watch Stand, it becomes our mission to get it to you as quickly as possible. We offer free expedited shipping to all of our customers, using reputable services we have worked with for years:
United States: FedEx 2 Day (2 business days)
All Other Countries: FedEx International Economy (4-6 business days)
*Important for our customers outside of the United States: You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost as charges vary around the world. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs - we'd hate for that to spoil the moment of joy when your watch arrives on your doorstep!

If you deem your watches unworthy of their new pedestal, just send Jenkins back to us in the same condition it arrived in within 14 days of receipt and we'll give you a full refund.
